This performance is a family-friendly show that all ages are going to absolutely love!

Here are a few things we want you to know…

ARRIVAL: Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before the show you purchased. Should you be running late, and upon arrival the parking lot is closed to general admission… Since you have purchased Reserved Seats, simply show your digital or printed ticket and you will be allowed to enter the parking lot and exterior doors. If you’ve been to other large events like concerts or sports games, you know how important it is to plan ahead. Last year over 13,000 people attended the show. That’s a lot of people! And this year we anticipate even more. So, it is very important that you arrive early. Parking will take time. Finding your seat, buying concessions or merch, and locating the restrooms will all take time. But it is going to be SO worth it!

ENTRY: Reserved Seat Ticket Holders will have a separate entrance to both the exterior and interior doors. There you will need to present your ticket and receive an armband. PLEASE NOTE: Interior Doors to the Auditorium will close at the top of the hour for each show and will remain closed till 10 minutes into the show, this includes reserved seats. This is for safety reasons, if you are not in your seats prior to the show beginning, you will not be allowed to re-enter until 10 minutes after. Our show is highly interactive, with actors and props in the aisles. We do not want anyone to get hurt.

CHILDCARE: Yes – we provide childcare for children ages 0 – 4 years old in our professionally staffed nursery facilities. This show is VERY family-friendly, and children love it, but we do understand that there are times when little ones become fussy. If you’re a nursing mother or if your child becomes uncomfortable during the show, we have a private room just for moms with young children feel free to utilize our Mother’s Room.
